A general exercise in trying to make a somewhat interesting graphic — inspired by the work of Patrick Thomas and some development structure learnt from Kjetli Golid.

A blog popped up on instagram — the work of Tim Rodenbröker, worth sharing (in case anyone does stumble here).

At the moment the work that I am doing has no context or message, it's visual for visual sake (which is okay) — but I'd like to explore how this can be applied to a brand, or visualise a key set of data etc.

At the moment the sketches I'm sharing are a way of me learning the tool(s) — I do want to plan and create a piece that uses a key set of data and communicates something about it. In terms of tools — the sketches are mainly using pure html5 canvas, but I am wanting to explore p5.js a little more as it has some extensions that seem quite useful.
